01Introduction

03Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform or complete account registration, whichever is earlier.

You represent and warrant that:

If you are using the Platform on behalf of any third party or business entity, you further represent that you are duly authorised to bind that party to these Terms. Nila88 does not permit corporate or institutional gambling accounts.

04Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the nila88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Nila88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may only hold one registered account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed with Nila88 or any linked gambling control scheme.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Nila88 or any affiliated entity.

05Account Registration

To access the gambling Services on nila88, you are required to create a registered Account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notifying Nila88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Keeping your registered contact details and personal information current and accurate at all times.

Nila88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party, and you acknowledge that Nila88 will treat any action taken through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise.

Nila88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

06Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations relating to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and responsible gambling, Nila88 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests can be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifecycle at our sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad (IC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days, bearing your registered residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) or bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) used to make deposits;
• Source of Funds: In cases involving high-value transactions or elevated risk indicators, Nila88 may request documentation relating to the source of deposited funds.

Nila88 is not obligated to process any withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

07Deposits

Nila88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with cryptocurrency deposits converted at the prevailing live exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and per promotional offer. Please refer to the relevant offer page for specific minimums.
• Nila88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong amount, duplicate transaction) must be reported to customer support within 24 hours. Nila88 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such cases but cannot guarantee reversal of completed blockchain or banking transactions.
• Nila88 reserves the right to reject, hold, or return any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected.

08Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Balance subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• KYC requirement: KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Nila88 will not release funds to unverified accounts.
• Wagering completion: Any Bonus Funds or promotional winnings must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real Money deposits that have not been used to satisfy a bonus rollover remain withdrawable subject to identity verification.
• Method matching: Withdrawals will, as far as practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative verified methods may be used at Nila88's discretion.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are communicated at the point of withdrawal request. Nila88 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.
• Fraud checks: All withdrawal requests are subject to automated and manual fraud review. Nila88 may delay processing where additional verification is required.

09Bonuses & Promotions

Nila88 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and limited-time event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Each welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing these restrictions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward rollover; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely from certain promotions. Specific contributions are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry window will be forfeited without notice.
• Nila88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where feasible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
• Players who are identified as using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedging across outcomes to satisfy rollover with minimal risk) may have their bonus forfeited and/or their account restricted.
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

10Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the nila88 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and poker each operate under their own rule sets, which are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform.

The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Nila88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error is identified and reported immediately.
• Nila88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome affected by manifest error in the odds or pricing — for example, a materially incorrect line resulting from a data feed error. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account. Nila88 reserves the right to restrict betting limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is accepted. Delays in transmission may result in a bet being accepted at a different price than displayed. Where this occurs, the bet will be settled at the accepted price.
• Nila88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nila88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), regardless of the name or identity used;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain unintended advantages;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including through coordinated sign-ups across households or devices;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Nila88 staff or other Players through any channel.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the nila88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, game interfaces, and underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nila88 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from Nila88;
• Use the Nila88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nila88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

Nila88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, payment system downtime (including from third-party providers such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow), or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. Nila88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

Where Nila88's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk, and that Nila88 is not responsible for any gambling losses you sustain through lawful use of the Platform.

14Account Suspension & Termination

Nila88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure);
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations requiring account closure.

Upon voluntary account closure in good standing, any remaining Real Balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected misconduct, Nila88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Any funds confirmed to have been obtained through fraud or abuse will be forfeited in full.

15Responsible Gambling

Nila88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We take our duty of care to Players seriously and have implemented the following player protection tools, which are available to all registered accounts at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period. Sessions are automatically halted once the limit is reached.
• Session Reminders: Configurable time alerts notify Players after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.

16Amendments to Terms

Where a material change is made to these Terms, Nila88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14. Nila88 will process any outstanding Real Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 8.

17Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or connected with your use of the nila88 Platform shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's operations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. Players must first submit the matter to Nila88 customer support with their registered account details, a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction or wager references, and any supporting evidence.

If a provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as legal advice concerning the availability or legality of online gambling in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. Each Player remains solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to their location and circumstances.
